Pricing
- A free 15 minute consultation is available to all prospective clients (in person or phone call).
- A 45-60 minute evaluation is required before starting therapy. The cost is $200. Includes a written evaluation report/summary. If the child has had an evaluation at a school or another private practice in the last year, and the parent is able to provide a written copy of the report with an outlined treatment plan, an evaluation by Richey Speech Therapy may not be necessary. Attendance and Payment
Absences and Arrival
- If you are unable to attend a scheduled session due to illness, please call or text as soon as possible (at least by 9:00am) to cancel or reschedule.
- Please come consistently. Too many cancelled sessions will result in being placed back on the waiting list until your schedule allows you to come more consistently. Consistent practice is very important for remediating speech sound disorders. However, please do not bring a child who is ill to speech.
- Arrive on time to the speech therapy sessions and no more than 5 minutes early in the waiting room for your scheduled appointment. Leave within 5 minutes of the end of the speech therapy session. Your session will end on time regardless of what time you arrive.
- Please be available the last 5 minutes of the session so we can review what was practiced and what to work on for homework.
Payment Invoice
- You will receive an invoice via email on the last week of the month showing the next month’s sessions. Payment is due by the first session of the month. If you know you will be unable to attend a therapy session (e.g., family vacation), please notify me as soon as you can so the invoice can reflect this absence.
- Check your invoice for holidays and other days therapy sessions are cancelled.
